    1. Transmission
    The motor drives the main shaft to rotate through a flexible coupling or V-belt transmission, and the main shaft speed is generally 600~1200r/min. The main shaft is installed in the bearing housings on both sides of the frame through spherical spherical roller bearings, and the bearings are greased. A flywheel is provided at one end of the main shaft.
    2. Rotor
    The rotor is mainly composed of a main shaft, a disc and a ring hammer. The main shaft is equipped with several discs, which are rigidly connected with the shaft by a key. Spacer sleeves are installed between the discs. In order to prevent axial movement of the discs, both ends are fixed with round nuts. The ring hammer is located in the interval between the two discs and is sleeved on the pin shaft. The pin runs through all the discs, and both ends are tightened with nuts. A number of ring hammers are installed on each pin, and a number of pins are arranged on the disc.
    3. Grid sieve
    The grid screen is arranged under the rotor, and it is composed of an arc-shaped screen frame and a sieve plate. The screen frame is divided into left and right parts. The sieve plate on the sieve frame is made up of several pieces. The sieve plate is fixed on the sieve frame by means of its own weight and mutual extrusion. The sieve plate is cast with sieve holes, the sieve holes are slightly tapered, the inside is small and the outside is large, in order to facilitate the discharge of ore. Both ends of the curved screen frame are hung on the horizontal shaft, and the horizontal shaft is hung on the boss on the outside of the frame by the eye bolts. Adjusting the upper and lower positions of the eye bolts can change the size of the gap between the end of the hammer head and the surface of the screen plate. There is a gap cavity between the left end of the grid and the inner wall of the frame to facilitate the discharge of non-crushed objects from the cavity to prevent the non-crushed objects from damaging other parts in the machine. A flat crushing plate is installed on the upper left of the screen grid.
    4. Rack
   The frame of the quality Double shaft hammer mill is welded with steel plate into a box-shaped structure. The frame is divided into two parts, an upper frame and a lower frame along the center line of the rotor, which are fixed to each other with bolts. There is a mine supply port above the upper rack. Manganese steel liners are installed on the inner wall of the frame (where it may contact the ore). In order to facilitate maintenance, inspection doors are provided on both sides of the upper and lower racks.
