What is the installation process of Double shaft hammer mill

The sixth step is to install the upper shell. When installing, pay attention to the connection of the flange. The bolt holes are facing and the bolts are tightened to avoid dust and air leakage.
The seventh step is to install the hydraulic device according to the drawings, and assemble the oil pipes on site.
The eighth step is to install the motor and other devices, such as motors, small pulleys and other devices.
The ninth step, check before operation, check whether there are sundries in each part, whether the bolts are fastened, whether there is sundries in the crushing cavity, and whether there is oil leakage at each refueling point.
The tenth step is to confirm that the clicked direction of rotation is correct, and then idling for debugging for 4 hours. Check whether the Double shaft hammer mill has noise, vibration, and the temperature rise of the motor bearing does not exceed 45°C. After the operation, check whether the bolts of each component are loose.
