2. After 1 year of service, it is necessary to replace all the bolts.
3. It is necessary to replace the flying knives in complete sets. ① Check the condition of the bedknife and replace the cutting edge of the bedknife (the bedknife usually has 2-4 cutting edges, one cutting edge is worn, replace the other cutting edge to use, after all the cutting edges are worn, sharpen it once).
②The contact surface of the bedknife holder should be smooth, so that the bedknife holder can be easily removed when replacing the bedknife.
6. The adjustment scale of the quality Disc chipper blade is a fixed value, and no changes are allowed. If the gap between the flying knife and the bed knife does not meet the requirements of the rules, only the bed knife size is allowed to be adjusted.
