The working principle of the vertical pellet mill: the raw materials can be fed into the hopper by hand or vacuum feeder, conveyed and compressed by the feeding screw placed vertically, and pushed to the bite angle of the two squeezing rollers; The raw material is squeezed into thin sheets (the speed of the pressing roller determines the time that the material stays in the roller pressing area).
The pressure required by the material in the vertical pellet mill is linearly transmitted to the pressure roller through the hydraulic device. The hydraulic device can maintain a certain pre-pressure. The pressure roller arranged vertically can ensure the consistency of the material density. According to different particle size requirements, the mesh size of the screen in the equipment granulation system can be replaced with each other.
